Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas

10/10 Excellent
"We arrived mid afternoon and check in was quick and efficient. The free transport with the golf cart was explained, and the card issued. Upon unpacking and storing our items, we found the main fridge was not working, and the bar fridge was emitting a strange smell, consistent with refrigerant gas. We phoned Reception and within a few minutes one of the staff arrived to assist. Unfortunately neither of the fridges was able to be fixed there and then, and we were offered refrigerated storage, and were advised that Maintenance would check Sunday morning. Just as promised, Maintenance arrived and checked the fridges, and as they were not able to be repaired immediately, a replacement bar fridge was supplied and installed, and we were given an in-house credit. This is the difference between a facility which ensures customer satisfaction, and one that trades on its reputation. We had a great stay, and left very impressed with how the staff handled the situation, and took their time making sure that we had all we needed for a great stay. Whilst visiting we had room service pizzas one night, and buffet breakfast, both of which were thoroughly enjoyed."
